The public site does not describe methods. It describes the conditions under which work is accepted.
What must be true before work begins
Authority is explicit. The person who writes also has the right to ask. Scope is on paper: systems in, systems out, data that may be seen, data that may not leave the room.
End use is lawful. Dual-use work is declined where the operator cannot state a lawful purpose. Export and sanctions limits apply.
The operator keeps the evidence. The company does not build a public case study out of a private engagement.
What this site will never carry
Theater
Lab traces presented as certified performance. Fake logos. Borrowed certifications.
Other people’s data
Client names, diagrams, results, or forms that collect secrets.
