Work

The mandate, not the machinery.

This page states the kind of work the company takes. How a given system is built is not a public matter. Client names, diagrams, and results stay off this domain.

01

Boundary

Some organizations cannot accept a permanent foreign control plane for detection, policy, identity, or updates. That constraint is the starting point. The work is to keep authority, evidence, and last-line decisions on the operator’s ground.

02

Intelligence at the asset

Artificial intelligence is treated as an operational component with a failure domain. If the link is gone, poisoned, or untrusted, the operator still needs a usable posture. Models are not an excuse to move control off-site.

03

Compact estates

Not every serious environment looks like a global operations center. Small, high-value networks are first-class work — the kind of estate a small team actually has to live with. Scale is not a proxy for seriousness.

04

Assurance

Authorized assessment and hardening. Scope is written before work begins. Results stay with the client. This is not a public red-team theater and not a permission slip to touch any other system.

05

Counsel

Architecture and decision support for programs that have to choose, in writing, between rented convenience and retained control. The output is a decision the operator can defend — not a slide that evaporates after the meeting.
